EU Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Please include your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to withdraw from. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain custom-made or personalized hand-dyed items produced to your specifications. Where an exception applies, this will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
