At Byfon, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our aim is to ensure a seamless process for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@byfon.es with your order number and a photo of the packaging before opening, along with the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and endeavor to find a satisfactory resolution. Please ensure that any return is made within 14 days from the delivery date and that items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed, maintaining the same physical condition and odor.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot accept liability for items inadvertently returned to us. In such cases, you may request the return of your items, but you'll be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
Should you wish to exchange a size, kindly return the unwanted items and place a new order. Please ensure accuracy in your delivery address and contact details to avoid any loss or non-delivery of your order.
Processing and Fees:
Returns and refunds may take up to ten (10) working days to process, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a full order return, a restocking fee of 3% will be applied. Additionally, items marked as discounted or "on sale" are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:
As our products are meticulously handmade, we kindly ask that you handle them with care. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours. It's important to note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or do not have their hang-tags attached. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
