Shipping Policy for Byfon

At Byfon, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our aim is to ensure a seamless process for shipping orders.

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received an order. What should I do?

  • Check with your household members or neighbours.
  • Check the details from the courier tracking (photo or GPS maybe included)
  • Look around your property or safe spot

Still missing? Contact contact@byfon.es within 3 days of the delivery date.

We’ll open an investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, photos, and driver info). This usually takes 4-8weeks by delivery services. 

A signed declaration form from a customer is required to support the claim. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds cannot be issued during the investigation. We appreciate your patience until the process is resolved.

Will I pay for Taxes and Duties?

For international orders outside the European Union,  any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with the purchase from @byFon are the responsibility of the customer.   We do not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We always recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Cost of Shipping:

All shipments are insured to ensure they arrive in good condition and not lost during transit. 

The cost of insurance is included with your order however is non-refundable in the event of the return part of the order or the entire order,
